Delete Your Walking Adventure Account

We respect your privacy and your right to control your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your Walking Adventure account and what happens when you do.


How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly inside the Walking Adventure app:

Steps:

  1. Open the Walking Adventure app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap Account Information
  4. Select Delete Account and Data
  5. Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed automatically.


What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. When completed:

  • Your account profile will be permanently deleted
  • All story progress and unlocked content will be erased
  • Story Coins and usage history will be removed
  • Your authentication credentials will be deleted
  • Any cloud-stored app data associated with your account will be erased

You will no longer be able to log in or recover this data.


Data That May Be Retained

For legal, financial, and fraud-prevention purposes, we may retain limited records such as:

  • Transaction and billing history (if purchases were made)
  • Records required to comply with legal obligations
  • Minimal security logs necessary for abuse and fraud prevention

This retained data cannot be used to restore your account and is not linked to an active profile.


Processing Time

Most deletions happen quickly after confirmation, but some associated data may take up to 30 days to be fully removed from backups and secure systems.
